Testing you can rely on
All our testing is performed in accordance with NIOSH Method 9111. Our reports are used by real estate agencies, insurance companies, property management firms, financial institutions and other professional entities. All samples requiring further analysis are tested at a NATA accredited laboratory.

Screening assessment
Multiple 100cm² swab samples are taken across the property, combined into a single test tube onsite and sent to the laboratory. Results are reported as a combined reading for the property. Because minimal test tubes are used, the cost of analysis is more affordable — but if contamination is found, it cannot be isolated to individual rooms.
Laboratory composite
Multiple 100cm² swab samples are sent to the laboratory individually, where an extraction from each is combined into a single analysis. Samples are kept separate, so if contamination is found they can be re-analysed individually to identify which sampling location holds the contamination (re-analysis is an additional cost per test tube).
Detailed assessment
Room-by-room testing with individual analysis per sample, required when a screening assessment exceeds 0.5μg — the maximum acceptable methamphetamine level under the Clandestine Drug Laboratory Remediation guidelines. Used by decontamination companies to scope remediation, and to pinpoint exactly where contamination is located.
Detailed composite assessment
A minimum of three and up to five samples per room, taken on different surfaces and analysed together for an accumulative room total. Extremely thorough — it ensures residue distributed throughout the room, or hidden by fresh painting, is not overlooked.
